Affinity Cocktail

Ingredients
 1 1/2 ounces Scotch whisky
 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
 2 dashes orange bitters
Steps to Make It
1. Gather the ingredients.
2. In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, pour the scotch, dry and sweet
vermouth, and orange bitters.
3. Stir well.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

The Brogue Cocktail

Ingredients
For the Lavender Honey Syrup:

 1 cup water
 1 tablespoon lavender buds
 1/2 cup sugar
 1/2 cup honey

For the Cocktail:

 1 1/2 ounces Scotch whisky


 1/2 ounce Drambuie liqueur
 3/4 ounce lemon juice
 1/2 ounce lavender honey syrup
 Dried lavender (sprig or loose buds), for garnish

Make the Lavender Honey Syrup


1. Gather the ingredients.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the lavender
flowers.
3. Stir in the sugar and honey until the sugar's completely dissolved and the
honey's fully incorporated.
4. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the heat, keep covered, and let the syrup cool
completely.
6. Strain out the lavender. Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to two
weeks.

Make the Brogue Cocktail


1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the scotch, Drambuie, lemon
juice, and lavender honey syrup.

 Montreal steak seasoning, for rimming
 Celery salt, for rimming
 1 dash hot sauce
 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
 1/2 ounce Italian dressing
 2 ounces Canadian whisky
 2 ounces Clamato juice

Pumpkin-Infused Scotch

2. Preheat the oven to 250 F. Peel and clean a sugar pumpkin and cut it

3. Lay the pumpkin in a single layer on a baking sheet and salt very lightly.
Roast for about 20 minutes.
4. Place the roasted pumpkin into a sealed, widemouthed container and
cover with scotch. Let the infusion rest for two days.

 2 ounces Scotch whisky
 1/2 ounce Green Chartreuse liqueur
 1/4 ounce rosemary syrup

Make the Rosemary Syrup


1. Gather the ingredients.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a slow boil.
3. Add the sugar and stir until it's entirely dissolved.
4. Reduce the heat, add the rosemary, and cover the pan. Let simmer for
15 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely,
keeping it covered.
6. Strain out the rosemary and bottle the flavored syrup in a glass jar with a
tight seal. It should be refrigerated and will keep for about 2 weeks.
