for the above project description, we can define the all-slandered project attribute and also
comparing the standard attributes of a project.
Unique purpose of this project: Every project has unique purpose. Also, in this
project we can see that it only can build up for SWE department for the MIS system.
In my project it defines as a unique name for the unique purpose. It must need for to
use for my project as an attribute.
This project is temporary: If this project will be expired for the advance technology in
future then I think this will be not usable any more in future. Then we must need to
upgrade and including advance system in this project. In this project DIU has been
dramatically been enlarged within last two years and still developing/changing it’s
activities.
This project requires resources: in this project we need to hired some expert
programmer and some required hardware of the project (e.g. computer with good
graphics card) form the abroad. This help to the consuming this project requires
resources.
This project has primary customer or sponsor: in this project from the above
scenario DIU has work as a primary sponsor and the customer or the user as a
student, teacher, staff and that kind of employee who are related to department of
SWE in DIU.

This project involves uncertainty: in this project form the above scenario we can see
that the department of SWE, DIU has been dramatically been enlarged within last
two years and still developing/changing its activities. It happened when this will not
work according to the technology then this will must involve an uncertainty.
Finally, we can tall that those are the define and compare the all attribute for the
scenario project according to the any kind of project management system who is define
as project manager. And in this project as a MIS for the department of SWE we make it
for describing those kinds of project attribute.
For this above scenario project, I want to choose the top-down approach for developed the
full project.
in my opinion, generates a complete and more accurate WBS. In this approach, the WBS is
derived by decomposing the overall scenario project into sub-projects or lower-level tasks.
This decomposition is based on general project characteristics and not on detailed design
elements. The decomposition continues until the tasks or work units reach a level where
they can be accurately defined and estimated. This approach is by far more popular than the
bottom-up approach.
We can see that in this project this have much more sub system which is fully count as a
project part. And also, can define as a general project characteristic like as Design, simplify,
Material Procurement and also other task or sub task.

Answer to the question number 5:
To complete such as a big project a project manager role as a main person who is maintain
those all things which is make to easy for any kind of project.
We know that fast of all as a project manager who need there are two main kind of skills
those are: Hard Skills and Soft Skills.
Now I want to describe the all kind of skills and specified them which is must need any kind
of project manager.
Hard Skills:
Planning and forecasting: A project managers need to use any information they have
to make predictions and estimates.
Risk management: Project managers are responsible for not only navigating around
risks when they crop up, but also anticipating them so that they can try their best to
avoid them altogether.
Budgeting: Project managers know that there are financial constraints they need to
work within, and they use their budgeting and financial management skills to deliver
winning projects within those limitations.
Tracking and monitoring: Project management isn’t just about completing a project
— it’s about completing a successful project. That won’t happen if project managers
fail to keep their fingers on the pulse of what’s happening.
Project management methodologies: Experienced project managers are familiar with
those methodologies and able to determine which ones are the best fit for their
specific teams and projects.
And those kinds of other hard skills.
Soft Skills:
Leadership: Project managers are the project leaders — and many times, they’re the
team leaders too.
Communication: Any project management skills list is sure to include communication
near the top. This includes written and verbal communication.
Collaboration: the project manager is tasked with rallying team members around the
project vision, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everybody works together
effectively.
Time management: It’s critical that they’re able to manage their own time, as well as
the time and capacity of all of the project’s key players.

Problem solving: Project managers can’t be discouraged by a problem, and instead
need to come up with solutions to keep the project moving forward.
So, I think those all kind of skills that the project manager mush have.
Now I am Prepared a list of Stakeholders for this project with their Roles:
User:
Students
Teachers
Staff members
Employees
Club members
Admin panel:
Developer
DB controller
SWE department authority
Hole software system
So, those are the all stakeholders for this project in the above scenario.
I think the project manager requires to be creative in real life for the reason now describe
the think:
It’s the role of the creative project manager to bring order to all of those projects. This
means that they fulfill a number of important responsibilities, including:
Planning and organizing: Mapping out project budgets, timelines, scope of work, and more.
Communicating: Serving as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish
expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and
more.
It’s a big job, and people who can successfully fill these roles are in high demand.

When it’s your job to deliver high-quality work to clients on time, there’s nothing more
humiliating than needing to ask for a deadline extension.
That’s one of the biggest benefits of having a creative project manager on your team. In
addition to planning more realistic end dates and managing expectations upfront, they’ll
keep a close eye on how projects are progressing to mitigate any roadblocks and keep your
whole team on track and on-time.
Not only will it eliminate the stress of the dreaded last-minute scramble to get projects
across the finish line, but you’ll also elevate your agency’s reputation with your clients by
consistently exceeding their expectations.
