Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Good Day! I hope you are doing fine. Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position
as DINING crew effective two weeks from today’s date July 13, 2021. I have to fix certain necessary
requirements for my enrollment so that I could pursue my College Education that I intend to take in my
Hometown-Masbate.

It has indeed been a pleasure working with this amazing team—the managers and the crews were all
superb and welcoming over the last two years. I learned a lot of things inside the store which shaped
me to grow and taught me lessons that I would bring with me to any aspects of my life. I would be
forever grateful for the heart-etched memories, and the unforgettable lessons my colleague has
inculcated within me.

Please let me know what I can do to help ease my exit from the company. I wish nothing but the
absolute best for Jollibee Visayas.
