The function of the human resource management in contributing to organizational

purposes.
The human resources unit, which comprises both managerial and operational roles, has
immense functions. The human resources team is responsible for the roles of planning,
coordination, recruitment, and monitoring as regards management functions. The strategy
is carried out to accomplish all of the company's priorities by adequate research in relation
to the number of workers required to achieve the desired objectives and goals. An
additional purpose is to arrange relationships between workers so that they can work and
do assigned jobs without any problems. In other words, the morale of workers is improved
so that there is a greater potential for the conduct of work. The final task shall be to analyze
the work of the workers and, if necessary, to make urgent amendments.

HRM focuses on recruitment, selection, performance assessment and training of the

employees in relation to the operational function to ensure effective management in a
company. In order to achieve its goals in the best way possible, HRM select and choose the
most appropriate candidates for the job. In addition to this, employee performance is
reviewed at regular intervals to remove inefficient employees from the company. HRM also
focuses on workforce growth, with the goal of providing adequate preparation for the
effective use of resources.

Distinguish between personnel management and human resource management.

There are two ways of managing employees within the company. One is the traditional
approach of personal management and the modern way of managing human resources.
Personnel management is used to set the priorities and goals of the person in the
organization and organize the various organizations efficiently and effectively to improve
employee performance.

Personnel management views employees as a contribution to achieving significant results;

moreover, HRM considers employees there as an instrument for achieving the
organization's goals and objectives.
Personal and professional management, on the other hand, believes in the administration as
well as in the well-being of employees, which is aimed at motivating employees and
developing the organization.
Personal management only provides basic training for running the company in the HRM, so
that the workers can evolve in an appreciation manner.
Personnel management focuses on the worker and his job design depends on the skills of
the employee, while HRM carries out its task design activities in conjunction with its
teamwork.
On the basis of the task the distinction occurs as the happiness of the employee is taken into
account in personal administration and administrative functions are taken into account to
achieve the organization's goals.
