    The name of the company is “Muneeb Electronics”

     Registered office
    The registered office of the company is located in Islamabad

     The Objective
    The main objective of the company is to be a  Electronic Manufacturing Company
    which provide competitive, high quality electronic manufacturing services and customer
    service, while encouraging employee creativity, motivation, and team work in a
    continuously improving environment.

     Liability
    The liability of the members of the Exchange is limited

     Share capital
    The share capital of the company is 1 Million

    Registration of Company

    a. Availability of Name

    The first step with regard to incorporation of a company is to seek the availability of the
    proposed name for the company from the registrar. For this purpose, an application is to be
    made and Rs.200/- for online application and Rs.500/- for offline application is required to be
    paid seeking availability certificate for each name

    b. Documents for registration of a limited company

    I. Copy of national identity card or passport


    II. Memorandum and articles of association:
    Four printed copies of Memorandum of Association signed by each subscriber in
    the presence of one witness.
    Form – 1: Declaration of applicant for compliance
    III. Form – 21: Notice of situation of registered office of the company
    IV. Form – 29: Particulars of first directors of the company
    V. Registration/filing fee

    The total company incorporation fee is 1800 Rs for online submission if the nominal share
    capital is not more than Rs 100,000. For offline submission, the total company incorporation
    fee is 3500
    The fee shall be deposited in the Bank branch selected by the applicant from the designated
    branches of MCB Bank Limited/United Bank Limited.
