At last but not least we thank our family, friends and one and all who
helped us immensely for the successful completion of our project.
ABSTRACT
main purpose of our project is satisfies the medical needs of people. In this
using AUTO CADD software. The analysis of structures were done by using
cement concrete. The design of RCC slab, beam, column, footing and stair case
Hospitals are an essential health care resource that serve a wide range of patients
during imes of illness and injury.Proper accomodation and care can be given to the
patients and this can be influenced by the consruction of spacious hospital.
Our project is to design a G+1 hospital building which is capable of having atleast
100 beds. The building is planned and designed considering enough space for all
required acivities.
OBJECTIVE:
To plan a G+1 hospial building.
To plan, design and estimate the hospital building in three phases.
SOIL INVESTIGATION:
The safe bearing capacity of the soil is found as 200 KN/m2. The depth of the
footing is taken to 1.5m, the rectangular footing is to be designed.
SPECIFICATION OF STRUCTURES:
CODE PROVISIONS:
IS 456:2000
NATIONAL BUILDING CODE
PLAN
The ground floor consists of scan room, emergency ward and ramp facilities are
provided.
FACILITIES IN FIRST FLOOR:
The first, second floor consist of intensive care unit, operation theatre and ramp
facilities provided.
