    SCRIPT NUTRITION AND MEDICATION

    The nurse visits the patient with the patient's breakfast.

    Orientation Phase

    Nurse : Assalamu'alaikum, good morning ma'am.

    Patient : Wa'alaikumussalam, good morning nurse.

    Nurse : Ma'am, my introduction is nurse Fikratul, usually called Fikra. I work from 08.00 to
    14.00. Here I deliver breakfast to my mother.

    Patient : yes nurse.

    Nurse : Previously, is this true with Bila's mother?

    Patient : Yes, nurse

    Nurse : How are you doing now?

    Patient : It's getting better nurse.

    Nurse : Alhamdulillah, I have brought various food and drinks. There are rice, eggs, spinach,
    green bean porridge, bread, water and tomato juice. These foods and drinks can help cure the
    mother's illness, because the mother was previously diagnosed with hypertension, right?

    Patient : yes nurse

    Working phase

    Nurse : Ok ma'am, before you eat, let's adjust your position first, so that later you don't stagnate.

    Patient : yes nurse

    (Then the nurse helps the patient to sit)

    Nurse : Mom, next we put this napkin under your chin. So that later the spilled food does not
    soil the mother's clothes.

    Nurse : Mom, do you want a drink?

    Patient : yes nurse.

    Nurse : I want to drink water or tomato juice.

    Patient : Drink tomato juice.

    Nurse : ok ma'am

    (Then the nurse gives a drink to the patient)


    Nurse : Mom, do you want to eat again?

    Patient : already nurse, I'm full.

    Termination Phase

    Nurse : ok ma'am, there is still excess food and drink. Later, you can eat again, yes, you have to
    finish the food and drink.

    Patient : Yes nurse

    (Nurse cleaning tools)

    Nurse : ok ma'am, I'll say goodbye first. Thank you for your time, don't forget to finish your
    meal, ma'am, later at 10 I will come back here to see mom's condition and make sure mom's food
    has run out or not

    Patient : Yes nurse, thank you

    A few moments later..

    Nurse : Excuse me mom, have you finished your food?

    Patient : already a nurse

    Nurse : Okay, mom, this time I'm back to give you the hypertension medication that the doctor
    has recommended to me.

    Candesartan: to lower blood pressure

    Ibuprofen: to relieve the mother's headache

    Patient : I'm a nurse myself

    Nurse : ok mom, this is the medicine, please take it


    Patient : thank you nurse
