certifies that the change in the type design for the following product with the limitations and conditions therefore as
specified hereon meets the airworthiness requirements of Part 27 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

and In, Doc No. SR00821DE, Rev IR, dated July
Model: 19, 2016, or later FAA approved revision, lists the
approved rotorcraft models, applicable installation
data requirements, and specific limitations.
Description of Type Design Change:
Installation of Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) Out and in functionality using the
BendixKing KT74 Transponder and qualified position sensor and ADS-B In Receiver, in accordance with Master
Drawing List, E-BK-15-0002, Rev IR, dated 04/15/2016, and FAA approved July 19, 2016, or later FAA approved
revision.

Limitations and Conditions:

1. The installation should not be incorporated in any rotorcraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship
between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon
the airworthiness of the aircraft.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the
other person written evidence of that permission.
3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the altered rotorcraft.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered,
suspended, and revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation
Administration.

Supplemental Type Certificate. The FAA will reissue the certificate in the name of the transferee and forward it to him.

4. The modified rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness
identified in FAA AML SR00821DE, Rev IR dated July 19, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.
5. A copy of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness identified in FAA AML SR00821DE must be made
available to the owner/operator at the time of installation.
6. A copy of this certificate and the FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for the modified
rotorcraft listed in FAA AML SR00821DE, must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the
rotorcraft.
