Ten years from now, I’m going to tell myself that I did the right choice for choosing

to become
an effective communicator.

Because of this, my ability to concentrate attentively and embrace different points of view helps
others trust that you are making optimal decisions for everybody within the group. As I function
a role model, this trust will touch my team and that they will feel like they will trust our other
teammates to satisfy their duties and responsibilities. And as for the ability to communicate
effectively plays a large role in resolving conflicts and preventing potential ones from arising.
The key to it is to remain calm, make sure all parties are heard and find a solution that is ideal for
everyone involved. And by the help of my effective communication skills, I’m able to deliver
clear expectations and objectives for my team. This involves finding constructive to point out
when something isn’t working as well as providing helpful feedback to get others back on track.
They will understand their specific task and responsibilities, as well as those others, which will
help eliminate conflicts and confusion. Telling myself that this also improved my relationships,
in my personal life with friends and family members. Listening to them carefully and with a
feedback helps us to feel heard and understood. This in turn, mutual respect. I overcome
disadvantages of the distance barriers. Whenever possible use the physical devices like phones
and the intercom and see that people understand. It also helps me to know my audience and be
sensitive to their needs and feelings when they speak and listens. My consistency and coherence
are essential for successful communication.
