That on March 7,2020, around 0715H, a phone call was received by the
BCPO-Station 7 from a student, Sebastian Poell, who had heard a gunshot at the 7th floor,
A Building of University of Baguio. PSSg CAITLIN W STANLEY immediately reported to
investigate the scene.
Upon arriving at the scene around 0728H, First Responder, PSSg CAITLIN W

the door of Room A705, he saw a dead man sitting on a chair and blood scattered on the
floor and immediately called the police. PSSg Stanley then examined the room and found a
body of a man sitting on a chair with blood all over the floor. After assessing the scene, she
then cordoned the area and called for the IOC at around 0743H. IOC, PSSg BIANCA
EUREKA ANICETE arrived at the scene around 0750H where she was immediately briefed
by the First Responder, PSSg Stanley about the information gathered regarding the said

then proceeded with the processing.
