THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of I, Mrs. Nandini
Deepak Rangnekar @ Nandita Purushottam Kolamkar age _____
years, Indian Inhabitant, at present residing at Flat No. 204. Second
Floor, Om Sai Dham Apartment, Plot No. 12,Survey No. 10/5,
10/7,10/8,11/10,12/0,13/1, Raigad , MAHARASHTRA- 410206 do
hereby, in sound body and mind declare and bequeath my
properties particularly described in Schedule A, B and C of this
present Will.
1. I state that this WILL be operative with effect from the date of my
death. I hereby declare that if I have made any other WILL, it will
stand cancelled or null and void prior to the present writing.
2. I state that Executor of my will shall be my Sisters Mrs. Ranjeeta
Santosh Nayak and Mrs. Kavita Mariyam Dsouza .
3. WHEREAS, I state that I am the owner of properties mentioned
in Schedule A, B and C annexed with this Will and desire to
bequeath those properties as well as future properties if any
owned by me to my son Master Nilay Deepak Rangnekar presently
aged: ____ years. However executing power shall be with my
sisters namely Mrs. Ranjeeta Santosh Nayak and Mrs. Kavita
Mariyam Dsouza who are my appointed guardians for my son
Master Nilay Deepak Rangnekar. I state that for any reason
whatsoever, if either of my sister is not available the other sister
who remains available can execute the power of executing my Will
with sole discretion.
4. I state that after my death, the permanent custody of my son
Master Nilay Deepak Rangnekar shall be with my Sisters Mrs.
Ranjeeta Santosh Nayak and Mrs. Kavita Mariyam Dsouza.
5. I state that my Sisters Mrs. Ranjeeta Santosh Nayak and Mrs.
Kavita Mariyam Dsouza shall also have power to let out my

properties mentioned in the schedule A so that rent collected from
the properties can be utilized for my son’s better future. I state
that my sisters shall also have right to dispose off my properties
mentioned in Schedule A, B and C for higher education of my son
and take any other decision with respect to my properties
mentioned in Schedule A, B and C for giving good and decent life
to my son. However to avoid disputes my sisters shall always
maintain appropriate accounts of income and expenditures, profit
and losses and appropriate balance sheet in respect of utilization
of my properties mentioned in Schedule A, B and C so that there
remains no question about their morality and integrity.
6. I state that my son shall have right to take decision in respect of
my properties mentioned in Schedule A, B and C only after he
completing 30 years of his life.
7. I further state that I do not wish to bequeath my property
mentioned in Schedule A as well as my future properties both
movable as well as immovable to anybody except my son Master
Nilay Deepak Rangnekar, appointing my sisters Mrs. Ranjeeta
Santosh Nayak and Mrs. Kavita Mariyam Dsouza as his
guardians, custodians and executors till my son turns 30 years
old.
8. I further declare that if I had made any other document
knowingly, unknowingly or intentionally, unintentionally or
forcefully or willingly against or prior to this WILL it has been
cancelled or null and void at this stage.
9. I have made this Codicil in good health and sound mind and
without any force, fraud coercion and/or undue influence and
with full knowledge and understanding and no other heirs will be
entitled to object to the same.

Road, Nalasopara (W), Thane, Maharashtra- 401203.
SCHEDULE B IS A MOVABLE PROPERTY
Jewellery is 10 tollas.
SCHEDULE C IS A MOVABLE PROPERTY
a. Savings in my bank account having account no:

having branch at Prabha Devi, Juinagar.

THIS WILL HAS NO CODICIL AND IS MY FINAL WILL
THIS DEED OF BEQUEATHMENT shall be final unless
Otherwise revoked or modified by me.
