    WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has been consistent in its efforts to promote sustainable eco-tourism
    projects in the barangay;

    WHEREAS, the project owner ___________________ is seeking the Barangay Council’s endorsement
    for his eco-tourism project in Barangay Carnaza, Daanbantayan, Cebu

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Carnaza, Daanbantayan, Cebu interpose no objection to the
    construction and operation of the Eco-tourism beach resort project of _________________________in
    Barangay Carnaza, Daanbantayan, Cebu;

    WHEREAS, upon motion of all council members present, this resolution is hereby approved for eco-
    tourism purposes;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to interpose no objection and to favorably endorse to the


    Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 7 the eco-tourism Beach Resort
    Project of ____________________ situated in Barangay Carnaza, Daanbantayan, Cebu.
