    1. The employee benefits of Google help in creating continuous innovation in the industry since its
    employees don’t feel the pressure to innovate while they are at work. The offices of Google are
    designed to emit a fun vibe considering the wide-ranging activities which the employees can take
    advantage of, as stated in the case. This kind of initiative brings employee motivation at an extreme
    positive level. The different benefits of the company serve as a building block for the employees to
    establish a linkage to the main goal of the company, which is to innovate and diversify their
    produces and services.

    2. Google was able to establish its unconventional company culture through the help of its people
    analytics team. As stated in the case, the team produces many products, including dashboards and
    employee surveys. This kind of company initiative paves the way in identifying insightful
    correlations from employees, which enables Google to formulate its very creative action plans
    which not only bring efficiency to their day-to-day activities but also help in generating a more
    productive culture filled with fun and excitement.

    3. Google can attain a more superior competitive advantage through organizational culture by
    thoroughly identifying the driving organizational values, beliefs, and behaviors of its employees at
