USE: we use the present simple for:

It is used with adverbs


- Always , often, usually, sometimes , rarely, never, every day.
FORM: 1.

To form the Present Simple we add –s to the infinitive of the verb in the 3rd person
singular (he, she, it)

Ej: I live
He, she, it lives

2. But when the verb ends in:

a) –o, -ss, -sh, -ch, we add –es ( cuando el verbo termine en estas letras se agrega ES)
a) A consoNAnt followed by –y, the –y chANGes into –ie AND we
ADD -s

→I STUDY- HE/SHE STUDIES


b) A vowel followed by –y we just Add -s

→ I play – she plays
