8 成交紀錄冊   8 Register of transactions


l 留意發展項目的成交紀錄冊。房委會須於買賣協議訂立後一個工作天內,披露 l Pay attention to the register of transactions for a development. The HA must, within 1 working day

11 預計關鍵日期及收樓日期   11 Estimated material date and handing over date


l Check the estimated material date for Kai Chuen Court in the sales brochure.
l 查閱售樓說明書中啟鑽苑的預計關鍵日期。
• “Material date” means the date on which the Development is completed in all respects in
