    EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 007
    Series of 2020

    AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CREATING THE BARANGAY VERIFICATION TEAM


    (BVT) OF BARANGAY DANAC EAST.

    WHEREAS, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) represented by ROLAND JOSELITO D.
    BAUTISTA in his capacity as the DSWD Secretary and Department of Interior and Local Government represented by
    EDUARDO M. AÑO in his capacity as the DILG Secretary had enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU);

    WHEREAS, the DILG in the exercise of its powers under Executive Order (EO) No. 262 shall provide assistance to
    the DSWD in the conduct and implementation of the Household Assessment in 2019 and of the following household
    assessment;

    WHEREAS, the DILG and DSWD agree that the DSWD needs the assistance of the DILG in the implementation of
    the Listahanan nationwide household assessment and that the DILG shall provide assistance to the DSWD in the
    conduct and implementation of the household assessment in 2019 and of the following household assessments;

    WHEREAS, the DSWD through the National Household Targeting Office is programmed to updated the database of
    poor households to the conduct of Listahanan nationwide assessment this year;;

    NOW, THEREFORE, I TORQUEZA PUYA-AO, Punong Barangay of Barangay Danac East, Municipality of
    Boliney, Abra by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the creation of the Barangay Verification
    Team (BVT) as follows:

    Section 1. COMPOSITION. The Barangay verification Team (BVT) of Barangay Danac East is hereby organized to
    be constituted as follows:

    Chairman: TURQUEZA B. PUYA-AO


    Punong Barangay

    Members: BENITO T. SOLIMEN PETER S. BAGSAO


    Brgy. Kagawad Brgy. Kagawad

    FRIENDLY L. BAYUBAY
    Brgy. Kagawad

    Section 2. FUNCTIONS. The Barangay Verification Team (BVT) shall perform the following functions:

     Work with the Area Supervisors to evaluate grievances received in the barangay relative to the initial
    list using the grievance evaluation form and endorsed the same to the LVC through the AS.
     Issue a Certification signed by all members and noted by the Local Executive if there are no
    grievances or appeals were received in the barangay.
     Provision of a secure space for the posting of the initial list of poor household;
     Advise constituents to review the initial list of poor households.
     Identify and allocate space for receiving grievances.
     Received and evaluate grievances to the exclusion from the identified initial list of poor households;
    inclusion of the non-poor households in the list misspelled or incorrect household information.

    Let copies hereof be furnished to all concerned for information, reference, and guidance.
