    May 6, 2021

    Please be informed that Libon East Central School, Libon East District shall
    continually implement the MODULE PANTRY SCHEME for the succeeding weeks of
    Distribution and Retrieval of Modules/Learning Activity Sheets. This scheme has started
    last May 3, 2021 in response to the observance of health and safety protocols due to
    the increasing number of CoVid-19 cases in the Municipality of Libon.

    Hence, all are advised of the following procedures in accordance with the said
    scheme:

    1. Go to the classroom of your ward/child where set of boxes are prepared.


    These boxes contain the Modules/LAS.
    2. Fill out the Acknowledgment Receipt.
    3. Put the modules/LAS of your ward/child inside the boxes labeled as “For
    Retrieval” or “Ibabalik”.
    4. Get the modules/LAS of your ward/child ONLY inside the boxes labeled as
    “For Distribution” or “Kukunin”.
    5. MODULE PANTRIES are OPEN from 8:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M ONLY.
    Remaining hours of the day will be used for disinfection and decontamination
    purposes.

    Everyone is also reminded to strictly observe necessary precautions such as


    staying at least one meter away from each other, wearing of face mask, face shield,
    and frequent hand sanitation. Furthermore, persons below 15 years of age are not
    allowed inside the school premises as per IATF Guidelines is concerned.

    Let us work together in fighting the spread of CoVid-19.
