1. What is/are the sustainable business practice/s of HP based on the given case?
 As part of the organizational commitments, the sustainable business practices that
HP company had used are the Stakeholder Engagement which focuses on climate
change, water scarcity by reducing its operations’ potable water consumption by
15% in 2025 and also the Supply chain Management requires them to drive its
environmental and social expectations. It also works with them to established
greenhouse gas emission reduction by 25% in 2020.
2. What pillar/s of sustainability is/are being addressed by HP’s business practice/s?
 Based on the given case study of HP company they applied the Environmental Pillar,
to ensure their commitment to protecting the planet. This type of Pillar helps the
organization on how to become sustainable. The Hp company’s focus is on reducing
its carbon footprint, water consumption, and l impact on the environment.
3. What function/s of corporate governance is/ are present in the case study?
 (Government Regulation) Hp is committed to maintaining the highest standards of
business conduct and corporate governance, which we believe are essential to
running our business efficiently, serving our stockholders well, and maintaining HP's
integrity in the marketplace. HP has adopted a code of business conduct and ethics
for directors, officers (including HP's principal executive officer, principal financial
officer, and controller), and employees, known as Integrity at HP.
4. How will HP resolve its given organizational problem based on the functions of
corporate governance?
 Hp company must need focus on how to sustain their goals through Government
Regulation. The main problem of this organization was it easily changed the leader
or a higher member of the organization that results in a negative impact on the HP
company. By the use of this function, corporate governance ensures transparency
concerning corporate government regulations.
