Interpersonal dynamics are elements that govern how individuals interact with one another. Interpersonal
dynamics is a term used to describe the interaction of people in a particular social situation. It defines how
members interact with one another in a specific case. Each setting is distinctly based on the group's goal,
the unique constellation of members, and the actual or virtual surroundings.
As the family's daughter, my responsibility is to maintain a positive relationship with my parents and
siblings and a healthy balance of physical and emotional engagement. My duty in groups such as peers
and colleagues is to support a balanced connection and relationship both physically and emotionally and
respect each other's preferences in things. My role in the community is to be a better person and to
provide feedback to others.
As a result, my responsibility is to learn to communicate to foster trust, cooperation, and unity. To build
the abilities that lead to two-way communication and to explore the barriers to good communication. And
to exercise the capability to express thoughts and experiences while taking in meaningfully, processing,
and reacting to the person with whom you are conversing.
Throughout the course, discussion tackled, and the activities we created, I gained knowledge to make me
a better citizen and student. Being a civilian without doing anything and not having your voice heard is
hard, especially if you want to better your community.
The course helps me realize things such as voicing my thoughts and showing my leadership. It also helps
me think that I can share and support the community by sharing a proposed project to help the civilians
and the city. And as an individual and a student, I must love and support my community and country.
Therefore, this course gives me hope to share things with my society. And as the learnings I gained, I will
treasure it and use this to have a better future.
