Why did you close the ticket? I already informed you that the authorized service center is asking for money for
inspection charges. I have already paid for transport and insurance and suffered so much mental harassment because
of your negligence to give me a resolution. I do not want to pay any more upfront money. How many times do I have
to repeat the same thing?
You have failed to perform your duty completely in the first place and I want to speak to higher authority.
I would like to inform you that I have already asked you for a printed repair estimate [AC OUTDOOR] from an
authorized service center for further processing. But till now I have not received anything from your side.

It should also be noted that the customer has to provide an estimate of the repair within 4 to 5 working days. And it is
also mentioned in our company policy and website, you can also see.
If you are unable to share the repair estimate we can compensate you INR 5K in respect of full and final settlement for
your entire claim
Again request you to submit your consent along with bank details for NEFT transfer.

took insurance. My brand new AC is delivered in damaged condition, it has been several weeks, I am trying to
follow up with Kapil sharma and Chhavinath, but all in vein. They are playing with customers and doing fraud
activities and talking aggressively with me, their language is foul one and it seems if I am asking for the
damages cost by APML to my personal AC, they are showing me that they are doing charity work. I think you
should train your team how to talk to customers and do not close the ticket with talking to customers. Such a
pathetic service that I have tweeted your mentor Mr. Ramesh Aggrawal and few others in the board of
directors to get attention. I can very well fight this in the consumer forum but since I am your customer since
the beginning and was hesitant in doing it.

We have not received any photos of the damaged article, kindly share photos for further
claim process.

Learn to do your job honestly instead of playing with customers, we are more educated than you.
Also take some effort to go through the mail thread and see the picture of the damaged product
delivered.
Sorry for the inconvenience. The fault is that I didn't check the paper properly. Also you
are requested to share the Photographs of the damaged items and the Packing list for
further claim process.
I have paid for the FOV amount. I also have the phone call recording which confirms the same.
See the original file. If you try to do any fraud with me, I will have to file a police complaint at my
nearest police station.
We express regret for the mishap that had taken place with your goods. We have
gone through your case and wish to inform you that we have not charged transit
risk coverage amount (FOV) towards your shipment. And the same has been
documented on the contractual papers due to which we cannot activate your claim
in the light of contractual terms & conditions under which the goods were accepted
for transportation.
