In the exigency of service, you are hereby designated as SCHOOL

SAFETY OFFICER of Jamoyaon Elementary School for school year 2021-2022,
effective immediately in addition to your regular teaching loads.
As designated SCHOOL SAFETY OFFICER, you are expected to perform

the following duties and responsibilities.
*Identify and assess hazards, risks and control, measures for a specific
operation or process.
*Conduct ongoing review of operations and processes to reduce these
risk, including all costs involved in implementing such measures.
*Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner
consistent with established procedures and practices.
*Set up and supervising temporary work areas.
*Supervise the safe handling storage & disposal of hazardous materials.
*Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace.
*Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning
from manual safety procedures.
*Ensure that all employees meet all occupational safety and health
administration requirements.
*Provide OSHA training if necessary.
*Ensure that health safety and environmental policies are followed.
*Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the
proper
authorization.

As you have been appointed, you are obliged to perform that stated
duties and responsibilities and carry out your appointment as a plus factor.
However, failure to comply the undersigned has the right to revoke the benefit
of this appointment and hereby determine appropriate action.

MENTAL HEALTH OFFICER of Jamoyaon Elementary School for school year
2021-2022, effective immediately in addition to your regular teaching loads.
As designated SCHOOL MENTAL HEALTH OFFICER, you are expected to

perform the following duties and responsibilities.
*Monitor and support the communication and utilization of wrap-around
services for student with mental health challenges or students in mental
health crisis.
*Provide technical support to schools and community on mental health
services, interventions referrals, programming and concerns.
*Support students, families and school by coordinating with counselling
agencies, caseworkers, work with other agencies to share information
and coordinate services.
*Coordinate prevention collaborative activities for mental health
awareness with mental health community partners and schools.
*Assist the school in identifying gaps in mental health services.
*Gather necessary data and reporting to ensure for accurate outcome
based program evaluation.
*Collaborate with mental health developer to support staff and schools.
*Perform other duties assigned.

charge in ensuring the safety and well-being of the organizations’ employee
during a fire or other emergency. The job may be as simple as pulling a fire
alarm in an emergency and calling for everyone to exit the office.
