ry market and packaged larger loans for assessment. Responsibilities for the pos
ition included the following:
* Account Management:
* Provide expert consultation and help customers determine the best loan product
for their budget. Pre-qualify/pre-approve loans, evaluate applications, and rev
iew credit history to determine loan risk.
* Review borrowers' loan applications to assure comprehensiveness of data; confi
rm information listed on applications and obtain supplementary documents which a
re essential for sale of loans to minor market.

* Monitor loans carefully from initiation to closing; watch pipeline to track de

* Mentoring:
* Train junior underwriters in new branches on the loan application process and
