    I, Frances Luelle L. Simangan, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence and
    postal address at 4 St. Bridget st., Provident Villages, Tanong, Marikina City, constituted
    and appointed and does by these presents MAKE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT,
    Jose Elmer D. Lejano, of legal age, Filipino, married with residence and postal address
    at Cogeo, Antipolo City, Rizal, to be the true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
    my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any
    of the following acts and things, namely:

    1. To process the business permit and other licensing documents of Ezzy Grocer
    Marikina with address of 2 E. Dela Paz st., San Roque, Marikina.
    2. To process the change of ownership of Ezzy Grocer Marikina from Mr.
    Tommy R. Cruz, Jr to Frances Luelle L. Simangan.
    3. To receive and claim the permits and documents issued.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, and
    necessary to be done, in about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said
