    System is warranted for a period of   One Year    including all parts and services subject to the condition that all payments are
    cleared as per terms of Delivery. Physical damage to system and biting of wire by rats/others insects is not covered in warranty and
    service for such repairs will be charged extra. Also handling of machine by any person not authorized by us will make the warranty
    VOID. If any part /parts are required to be changed during the period of warranty the same shall be replaced strictly on exchange
    basis.

    BMEC IMAGING PRIVATE LIMITEDshall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay in delivery resulting from any condition beyond
    the company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to compliance with any regulation order or instructions of any control or
    state government or any department or agency thereof, Acts of god, fire, strike, delay by shipping lines, embargoes, war, riots etc.
    Delay resulting from any such case, shall extend delivery date correspondingly. All disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.

    A) Minimum 4 Tons A/C for Examination Room.

    B) 2 Tons for UPS and Cabinets.
