Learning Outline
1. Introduction session. Play vocabulary game. Write ‘Free time on board and elicits
the pupils.
Pre-lesson
2. Pupils stand in a circle and take turns clockwise to say a noun, adjective or verb
about free time. Repeat anti-clockwise. Check pupils’ vocabulary/words.
1.Refer SB pg 4 activity 1. Pupils work in pairs to match the words with pictures.
2. Play(CD Track 1-02). Pupils listen and check answers. Elicits pupils favourite
hobby.
Lesson Delivery 3.Pupils look at words in Activity 2. Read aloud to check meaning and pronunciation.
4. Pupils read the text in Activity 2 , guess words in the gaps with partner.
5. Pupils listen the text (CD Track 1-03) check answers and words guessed correctly.

1.Pupils in pairs take turns to mime two hobbies each. Partners guess the hobbies
