While reference to the discussion you had with us we are appoint you the above position as per
the terms outlined below. We hope you would find them acceptable and look forward to
welcoming you in our team. Your annual CTC of Rs. 1,10,400/- Per Annum.
You will be placed at Udaipur (Genus Power Infrastructure PVT LTD C/o of Mahipal Singh Charan
PI No.23 Shri ji Colony Near City Cinema. Site office Initially and may be posted to any place in
India as per requirement of Project.
You will be reporting to the Management and Project Head and inform to the head office in
Charge of your responsibility.
Probation Period: - You shall initially be on Probation period for a period of 12 Months from the
date of joining the company. You are not eligible for CL (Casual Leave) in Probation Period. You
Will be eligible for leaves as per the leave rule of the company as applicable of the employees in
your cadre. Allowance and Deductions will be deducting from your gross salary as per company
policy.
Terminations: - Of your absence without leave for a period of more than 7 days.
If you do not follow the Company Terms & Conditions as per the Management decision will
terminate you.
Resignations: - If at all you are resigning from the Organization you are supposed to give two
months prior intimation or two months’ salary will reimbursed to the company.

Commitment: - You will have give commitment letter separately that you will continue in the
Organization till completion of at least one project fully.
If the terms are accepted to you, you may join the organization on or before d.m.y and you will be
give a detailed appointment letter after completion of your probationary period for Twelve (12)
Months.
You may please send dully accepted letter on receipt this offer letter or sign and submit one or
days either by way of email through scanning or by post, otherwise this job offer is treated as
cancelled.
