Pre-requisite:The student should have comprehensive understanding of basic land & property

Course Objectives
● Understanding and appreciating the various central and state laws concerning land and
housing and its related legal framework.
● Understanding various challenges which are needed to harmonize the central and state
laws on the common subject.
Course Learning Outcomes:
● To apply Land &property law provisions to conduct research in order to find solutions to
property sector related problems (PLO 2a)
● To reflect an understanding of Land & Property Laws and its substantial interconnections
with fields of development and growth in property (PLO 3a)
● To develop strategies, interconnect issues and provide suggestions for effective
implementation of Land laws with consumer centric studies. (PLO 3b)
