Dismantling

Before dismantling, remove dust, rust, etc. using clean


hydraulic oil.

Retain all washers, snap rings etc. for later re-use. O-rings
should be renewed.

1 If not already done, separate the regulator 1 from the Fig 27.

3 (2 off each). Do not lose the large O-ring. 3 From regulator body 1, withdraw outer spring 13,
inner spring 14 and spring seat 15. Also withdraw
adjusting ring 16, pilot spring 17 and spring seat 18.

Note: Use an M4 screw Z attached to the end of adjusting
ring 16 to facilitate its easy removal.

a Thoroughly clean all components with clean
