I. Interview of the Applicants

In light of the increasing number of COVID-2019 cases in the country and for the
safety of everyone, the Personnel Selection Board (PSB) conducted the interview of
applicant for Teacher III (Elementary) online through google meet.
The committee members in attendance agreed that the rating for interview shall be
the basis for Psychosocial Attributes/Physical Characteristics (5 points) and Potential (5
Points). There were twelve (11) applicants for the said position and all of them were able to
participate in the interview. Their names and scores are written in the following table;

 The committee convened to review the documents of the applicants together with the
conduct of the interview. Prior to the rating of the documents, the following were
unanimously agreed by the committee:

The position requires two (2) years of relevant experience as per stated in its quality
standards. Thus, the committee decided to only consider two (2) or more years of teaching
experience.
