    31 Ms. Salazar relayed the statement of
    32 Ms. Macatugob, the school principal,
    33 that starting June 1 teachers are
    34 expected to render their services on a
    35 work-from-home arrangement (WFH).
    36 Ms. Salazar discussed the Weekly
    37 Work Accomplishment Report (WAR)
    38 in which teachers were advised to
    39 submit their accomplishments every
    40 Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM since they
    41 are working from home. This will take
    42 effect on the first week of June.
    43 The WAR template will be accessed
    44 May Grace D. via Google Docs every Friday from
    45 Salazar 3PM to 5PM only. Encoding of
    46 accomplishments shall be done at this
    47 specific time frame.
    48 Weekly targets vary depending on the
    49 tasks for teachers cascaded by the
    50 higher offices.
    51 For the first week of June, all teachers
    52 are expected to accomplish the long
    53 overdue strategic intervention
    54 materials (SIM).
    55 Ms. Salazar acknowledged the
    56 submitted SIMs. When asked about
    57 the other accomplishments aside from
    58 SIM, she mentioned that the teachers

    59 can include other tasks that they are
    60 doing such as online enrolment,
    61 module development, tapping
    62 stakeholders etc.
    63 Logging out from the GCs is
    64 unnecessary since the WAR shall be
    65 the terminal weekly output of the
    66 teachers which signifies as ‘log out’ for
    67 the week.
    68 Moreover, Ms. Salazar mentioned that
    69 holding such meetings should be with
    70 the consent of the principal and it
    71 should have a screenshot uploaded in
    72 the group chat.
    73 Ms. Salazar emphasized that
    74 everyone should always be available
    75 anytime for online meetings and the
    76 like as all are on WFH arrangement.
    77 She added that teachers may come to
    78 school only if they want to and make
    79 sure to sign in the log book.
    80 Regarding RPMS-IPCRF, as per
    81 advise by Ms. Macatugob, Ms, Slaazar
    82 relayed that teachers may start to
    83 work on their IPCRF while waiting for
    84 the Division Memo regarding some
    85 clarifications.
    86 With regard to Brigada Eskwela 2020,
    87 Ms. Salazar mentioned the focus of
    88 this year is to tap stakeholders who
    89 could help with the reproduction of
    90 learning materials since the MOOE
    91 cannot solely finance its total
    92 reproduction.
    93 She also added that each department
    94 has their weekly assignment. The
    95 English Department was assigned on
    96 June 8-12, 2020 and will be having an
    97 online training on one of those days.
    98 She explained that the online training
    99 will be the replacement for the
    100 supposed INSET.
    101 Ms. Salazar asked everybody to give
    102 their suggestions on what will be the
    103 focus of the online training and for the
    104 names of the possible speakers.
    105 Majority agreed with the suggested
    106 topic on inspiring and uplifting the
    107 spirit of teachers amidst the pandemic.
    108 About the MELC Modules, Ms.
    109 Salazar reminded of the submission of
    110 the modules on Friday, June 8, 2020.

    111 Ms. Salazar also mentioned that there
    112 will be a modification of plans in the
    113 department due to the pandemic.
    114 The Special Program for Journalism
    115 (SPJ) shall push through this year. Ms.
    116 Salazar requested Ms. Apritado and
    117 Mr. Guerrero to provide the list of the
    118 aspiring SPJ students in preparation
    119 for the enrolment.
    120 Lastly, Ms. Salazar informed the
    121 teachers of English about the plans for
    122 reading interventions such as
    123 administering of the PhilIRI GST and
    124 individual reading test. Also, materials
    125 for reading are being prepared for the
    126 students.
    127 Ms. Salazar mentioned that despite
    128 the pressing situation, still developing
    129 reading skills is one of the top
    130 priorities of the department.
    131 Ms. Ecal asked if the stakeholders can Ms. Salazar clarified that
    132 only donate for the reproduction of during the meeting of the
    133 learning materials. What if they wish to subject area coordinators
    134 donate other materials such as alcohol the focus is more on the
    135 etc. reproduction of these
    136 materials. However, if
    Rodeza D. Ecal
    137 there are stakeholders
    138 who are willing to donate
    139 such, they will be
    140 welcomed as these
    141 materials are also
    142 needed.
    143 Ms. Belleza asked about the would-be Ms. Salazar emphasized
    144 sections, number of student per class that the OBE team is yet
    145 in the opening of classes. to determine the set up
