1. What is the optimum ratio of the solvents to produce best results for the walls?

a. Answer: 2:1 Ratio (2 for Big part: 1 for small part)

a. Answer: Cord Paint, Stronghold 200 Primer, Punching Compound (for

4. How many days is the curing time of paint?


a. Answer: 3 days - drying time; 7 days - maximum day to dry and remove the
smell of the paint.

drying of paint?
a. Clean the area to be painted.
b. Use Spatula/Grinder to scrape off the flaking paints and to remove near to
flake-out paints.
c. Apply Stronghold 200 primer to serve as base coating in order for the cord
paint to stick.
d. Use grit 100 saand paper to make the surface rough to increase the area for
the better application of cord paint to the surface.
e. Apply the cord paint (doxo mint green) with the correct ratio (2:1).

prevent flaking in the future.
a. When applying doxo mint green, it should be quick and synchronized for
the cord paint to dry easily around 15-25 minutes. The moment we mix the
two solvents of cord paint, we must apply it immediately on the surface.
The mixture must be applied to the surface within 15 minutes.
b. Once the mixture of paint becomes less viscous, we can add an epoxy
reducer to make its viscosity consistent.
c. The effective area for 1 gallon is 16-18 square meter.
