Rationale Action Research is a disciplined process of inquiry conducted by and for taking the action. The primary reason for engaging in action
research is to assist the “actor” in improving and / or refining his or her actions. The design of this training is to equip Master Teachers with
the uniform understanding on the structure and procedures on. Action research is to be formulated, conducted, and completed as well as
their study is to be assessed, validated and evaluated.
This seminar-workshop on action research is to involve Master Teachers/classroom teachers to attempt to solve their classroom
problems.
Objectives Terminal Objective:
This seminar-workshop is aimed at strengthening the competencies of Bayambang I Master Teachers in writing and conducting action
research.
Enabling Objectives:
At the end of this seminar-workshop, the participants will be able to:
1. Reorient the Master Teachers with the principles, theories and strategies for conducting research
2. Update their knowledge and skills in program/training inaction research
2. Draft a proposal for classroom-based action research
