    PURPOSE : Control and Disposal of broken Plastic crates, mates and pallets.

    SCOPE : Applicable to Stores, Injection Moulding, Plastic Assembly.

    RESPONSIBILITY: Respective Department Heads

    WASTE STORAGE :

    1. Used and broken Plastic crates, mates and pallets are stored in the appropriate area.

    PRESERVATION:

    1. Used and broken Plastic crates, mates and pallets are preserved in the appropriate area as per
    the following

     RED – Plastic crates, mates and pallets


     GREEN – Food Wastes
     BLUE – Degradable wastes

    DISPOSAL :

    1. Non-degradable wastes like broken plastic crates, mates and pallets are stored
    2. Non-degradable wastes are collected from approved agencies.
    3. Appropriate records to be maintained

    PPE USED:

     Gloves, Apron, Shoes, Mask

    IMPACTS IN CASE OF DEVIATION:

     Land contamination, Resource Depletion.

    CORRECTIVE ACTION IN CASE OF DEVIATION

     Training and advice should be given to the user
