ORDINANCE NO. 582

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CODIFIED BARANGAY BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY

OF NAGA: -

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. - This ordinance shall be known as the “CODIFIED BARANGAY

BOUNDARIES” of the City of Naga.

SECTION 2. (1) - BARANGAY OF ABELLA. - The Barangay Abella comprise the

territorial jurisdiction of delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH EAST - By the property Beata Prado of lot 1290 Cad. 290, UNC
Compound lots 258-256, 255 and 245 and P. Burgos Street.

SOUTH EAST - From the junction of P. Burgos Street passing the center line
General Luna Street up to the junction of Prieto Street.

SOUTH WEST- Barangay Igualdad Interior and Barangay of Sabang passing to

the North West of 1256, 1255, 1251, 1254, 1253 Cad. 290.

NORTH WEST- Municipality of Camaligan, Camarines Sur.

SEC. 2. (2). - BARANGAY OF BAGUMBAYAN NORTE. - The Barangay of Bagumbayan

Norte comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 21 (the boundary line between the Municipality of Canaman
and City ofNaga)

EAST - From MBM 22 to BBM 13.

SOUTH - From MBM 13 going to the center line of Bagumbayan Street to the
culvert beside de Jesus residence.

WEST - From the culvert passing thru the center line of the Subdivision Road
junction of Bagumbayan Marupit Toad to MBM 21.

SEC. 2. (3). - BARANGAY OF BAGUMBAYAN SUR. - The Barangay of Bagumbayan

Sur comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 21 passing thru the center line of Bagumbayan-Marupit Road
junction of the center line of Subdivision Road thru the culvert beside the
de Jesus residence.
 EAST - From BBM 13 to BBM 12 passing thru the center line of Liboton Street to
the junction of Liboton Street and Jacob Street going southward passing
thru the center line of Jacob Street to BBM 2.

SOUTH - From BBM 2 going west to MBM 21.

SEC. 2. (4). - BARANGAY OF BALATAS. - The Barangay of Balatas comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 19 to BBM 18.

EAST - From BBM 18 going southeast to BBM 17 then northwest to BBM 16.

SOUTH - From BBM 16 going southwest to Recarte Street passing the center line
following center of River Side Street; Market Street then passing through
BBM 9, then following the creek intersecting Naga City Civic Center
Compound up to BBM 10.

WEST - From BBM 10 following the center line of San Felipe River up to BBM 10.

SEC. 2. (5). - BARANGAY OF CALAUAG. - The Barangay of Calauag comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 23 going south to BBM 14.

EAST - From BBM 14 going southwest to BBM 12.

SOUTH - From BBM 12 following the western boundary of Liboton up to BBM 13.

WEST - From BBM 13 going northeast to MBM 22.

SEC. 2. (6). - BARANGAY OF CARARAYAN. - The Barangay of Cararayan comprise

the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 23 going to BBM 29 to BBM 28.

EAST - From BBM 28 going southwest to BBM 27 then to BBM 25 to BBM 26.

SOUTH - From BBM 26 going southwest to BBM 24, then following the center line
of the creek up to BBM 17.

WEST - From BBM 17 going northwest to BBM 18 up to BBM 19, then following
center line of creek to BBM 21 to BBM 22 then to BBM 23.

SEC. 2. (7). - BARANGAY OF CAROLINA. - The Barangay of Carolina comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 26 to MBM 27, MBM1 and MBM 2 (Magarao Cadastro) and
MBM 3 (Calabanga Cadastro).

EAST - From MBM 3 passing through the western boundary of lot 2289 Cad. 290,
Roberto Soler; lot 946 Cad. 290, Lino Kalaw; lot 943 Cad. 290, Felipe
Jimenez; lot 957 Cad. 290, Romualdo Panganiban; lot 956 Cad. 290,
Loreto Manubay; lot 953 Cad. 290, Anastacio Macaraig and lot 924, Cad.
 290, Jose Esmeralda.

SOUTH - From MBM 8 passing to the center line of Yabo River.

WEST - From MBM 8, MBM 28 (San Isidro), MBM 29, MBM 30 to MBM 26
(Barangay of Pacol).

SEC. 2. (8). - BARANGAY OF CONCEPCION GRANDE. - The Barangay of Concepcion

Grande comprises the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - By Barangay boundary of Cararayan.

EAST & SOUTHEAST - By property boundary of the heirs of Domingo Diaz and
Francisco San Juan.

SOUTH - By municipal boundary of Milaor.

WEST - Barangay boundary of Concepcion Pequeña.

SEC. 2. (9). - BARANGAY OF CONCEPCION PEQUEÑA. - The Barangay of

Concepcion Pequeña comprises the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From junction at Market Street and City Hall Avenue following center line
of road River Café Street going northeast up to the BBM 16.

EAST - From BBM 16 passing BBM 32 up to MBM 13.

SOUTH - From MBM 13 following center line of Capucnasan Creek up to MBM 14.

WEST - From MBM 14 going northwest up to the midpoint of White Dove Street
passing along center line of White Dove road and Sampaguita Street to
BBM 8 then to junction at Panganiban and Mayon Avenue junction Taal
and Mayon Avenue up to Taal and City Hall Avenue junction.

SEC. 2. (10). - BARANGAY OF DAYANGDANG. - The Barangay of Dayangdang

comprises the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 10 following center of creek passing through Dayangdang-

Balatas Bridge up to junction of Taal and Market Street.

EAST - From junction Taal Avenue-Market Street to Mayon Avenue up to M.

Castro Street.

SOUTH - From the corner of Mayon Avenue going M. Castro Street passing center
of Ilang-Ilang Street to Corregidor Street up to BBM 1.

WEST - From BBM 1 following the center line of Naga River up to BBM 10.

SEC. 2. (11). - BARANGAY OF DEL ROSARIO. - The Barangay of Del Rosario

comprises the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 24 to BBM 25.

EAST - From BBM 25 passing BBM 26, MBM 29 then following center line of
 creek up to MBM 10.

SOUTH - From MBM 10 passing MBM 11 then following center line of Capucnasan
Creek up to MBM 12.

WEST - From MBM 12 passing through BBM 12-A to BBM 24.

SEC. 2. (12). - BARANGAY OF DINAGA. - BARANGAY OF DEL ROSARIO. - The

Barangay of Dinaga comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From junction of General Luna and Kinastillohan Streets following center
line of Kinastillohan Street to junction of Elias Angeles then to junction of
Panganiban Street going northeast passing along center line of
Panganiban Street up to center of Panganiban Bridge.

EAST - From center line of Panganiban Bridge following center line of Naga River
to center of Tabuco Bridge.

SOUTHWEST - From center of Tabuco Bridge following center line of General

Luna Street to junction of Kinastillohan Street.

SEC. 2. (13). - BARANGAY OF IGUALDAD INTERIOR. - The Barangay of Igualdad

Interior comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - Corner General Luna Street following horizontal line going to Prieto and
from this point a straight line going west up to boundary of Camaligan.

EAST - General Luna from Zamora up to the corner Prieto Street.

SOUTH - Zamora Street to Sabang Public School.

SOUTHWEST - Sabang Public School up to the boundary of Naga City and

Camaligan.

WEST - Camaligan-Naga City boundary.

SEC. 2. (14). - BARANGAY OF LERMA. - The Barangay of Lerma comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - By the center line of Panganiban Bridge going east of Panganiban

Avenue to the center line of box culvert infront of former Modino Institute.

EAST - From the center line of box culvert going south 120 meters traversing the
PNR track.

SOUTH - From the ned point of 120 meters south of culvert going southwest, 70
meters, then northwest 50 meters up to PNR track, 100 meters from the
end point of 100 meters going west to the center line of Naga River.

WEST - Running north to the center line of Naga River to the center line of
Panganiban Bridge.

SEC. 2. (15). - BARANGAY OF LIBOTON. - The Barangay of Liboton comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:
 NORTH - From BBM 14 going southeast to northeast fence of Peñafrancia
Cemetery.

EAST - From the northeast fence of Peñafrancia cemetery going west measuring
50 meters going south 50 meters, going west 50 meters; and then
traversing Centenera property up to center of Liboton road.

SOUTH - From center line of Liboton road going west passing BBM 11 up to BBM
12.

WEST - From BBM 12 going northeast following center line of Caimiton Street
including lot number of Triviño property to BBM 14.

SEC. 2. (16). - BARANGAY OF MABULO. - The Barangay of Mabulo comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 19 following the center line of Bicol River up to center of
Mabulo Bridge.

EAST - From center of Mabulo Bridge following center line of Bicol River up to
BM 16.

SOUTH - From MBM 16 to MBM 17 then to MBM 18.

WEST - From MBM 18 to MBM 19.

SEC. 2. (17). - BARANGAY OF PACOL. - The Barangay of Pacol comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 24 eastward running to the center line of Calauag River to
MBM 25 to MBM 26.

EAST - From MBM 26 southward to BBM 30 then to BBM 29.

SOUTH - From BBM 29 westward to BBM 23.

WEST - From BBM 23 northward to BBM 22 then westward to BBM 21 northward

to BBM 20 then to MBM 24.

SEC. 2. (18). - BARANGAY OF PANICUASON. - The Barangay of Panicuason comprise

the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 3 passing through Sibao River and MBM 4.

EAST - From MBM 4, MBM 5 and MBM 6.

SOUTH - From the property of Victor Felices, passing through Tabo River; MBM 7
and MBM 6.

WEST - From lot 2289 Cad. 290, Roberto Soler; lot 926 Cad. 290, Lino Kalaw; lot
943 Cad. 290, Eustaquio Jimenez; lot 959 and 958 Cad. 290, Felipe
Jimenez; lot 957 Cad. 290, Romualdo Panganiban; lot 956 Cad. 290,
Loreto Manubay; lot 953 Cad. 290, Anastacio Macaraig and lot 924 Cad.
290, Jose Esmeralda.
 SEC. 2. (19). - BARANGAY OF PEÑAFRANCIA. - The Barangay of Peñafrancia
comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 15 folloeing center line of Naga river up to BBM 10.

EAST - From BBM 10 following center line of Naga River up to BBM 1.

SOUTH - From BBM 1 going westward following the center line of Colgante Bridge
to center line of Elias Angeles Street, then to BBM 2.

WEST - From BBM 2 following center line of Jacob Street up to junction of Liboton
Street then going westward passing BBM 11 to south side of Centenera
property, due north, due east, measuring 100 meters, due north 50
meters and then due east measuring 50 meters up to north Westside of
Peñafrancia cemetery.

SEC. 2. (20). - BARANGAY OF SABANG. - The Barangay of Sabang comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 20 going to Igualdad-Zamora Streets following center line of

Zamora Street to General Luna Street then to BBM 4.

EAST - From BBM 4 following center line of Naga River to junction to Bicol River.

SOUTH - From center line of Naga-Bicol River junction going westward up to MBM
19.

WEST - From BBM 19 going northward up to MBM 20.

SEC. 2. (21). - BARANGAY OF STA. CRUZ. - The Barangay of Sta. Cruz comprise the
territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 21 to BBM 2.

EAST - From BBM 2 following center line of Elias Angeles to junction of

Kinastillohan Street.

SOUTH - From center line of Elias Angeles Street following center line of
Kinastillohan Street then junction of P. Burgos and General Luna Streets
then to the UNC fence then to south fence of Sta. Cruz Elementary
School up to 50 meters of said fence and running parallel of Bayawas-
Abella road to MBM 20.

WEST - From MBM 20 to MBM 21.

SEC. 2. (22). - BARANGAY OF SAN FELIPE. - The Barangay of San Felipe comprise
the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From MBM 23 following center line of creek to MBM 24 then going
southeast to BBM 31.

EAST - From BBM 31 going southeast to BBM 21 then to BBM 22 up to BBM 23.

SOUTH - From BBM 23 going southwest to BBM 13 and following the center line of
 San Felipe River up to BBM 15.

WEST - From BBM 15 going northwest passing through BBM 14 and then going
northward to MBM 23.

SEC. 2. (23). - BARANGAY OF SAN FRANCISCO. - The Barangay of San Francisco

comprise the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From the junction of Elias Angeles and Santonja Streets to center of
Colgante Bridge.

EAST - From center of Colgante Bridge following center line of Naga River up to
the center of Panganiban Bridge.

SOUTH - From center of Panganiban Bridge following center of Panganiban Street

to center line of Elias Angeles Street.

WEST - From center junction of Panganiban-Elias Angeles Streets following

center line of Elias Angeles Street to a junction of Santonja Street.

SEC. 2. (24). - BARANGAY OF SAN ISIDRO. - The Barangay of San Isidro comprise
the territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 27 going northeast passing through BBM 28.

EAST - From BBM 28 going southward to MBM 8.

SOUTH - From MBM 8 going southwest following the center of the creek up to
MBM 9.

WEST - From MBM 9 going eastward to BBM 26 then traversing through BBM 27.

SEC. 2. (25). - BARANGAY OF TABUCO. - The Barangay of Tabuco comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From BBM 4 passing to the centerl ine of Naga River to south boundary
of Lerma.

EAST - From corner south boundary of Lerma to junction of railroad street and
Lalaguna Street passing the center lines up to PNR track, then 100
meters south following PNR track to MBM 14.

SOUTH - From MBM 16 following center line of Naga Bicol River going northward
up to the center line of Bicol River.

WEST - From Naga Bicol River junction passing the center line of Naga River to
BBM 4.

SEC. 2. (26). - BARANGAY OF TINAGO. - The Barangay of Tinago comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From the center line of Colgante Bridge passing along Corregidor Street
then following Ilang-Ilang Street up to the corner of M. Castro and Mayon
Avenue.
 EAST - From the junction of M. Castro-Mayon Avenue following center of Mayon
Avenue up to BBM 16.

SOUTH - From BBM 8 going northwest (center of Panganiban Avenue) up to the

center of Panganiban Bridge.

WEST - From center of Panganiban Bridge following the center line of Naga River
up to center of Colgante Bridge.

SEC. 2. (27). - BARANGAY OF TRIANGULO. - The Barangay of Triangulo comprise the

territorial jurisdiction delimited by the following boundaries:

NORTH - From end of box culvert following the center line of Panganiban Road
going east up to BBM 8.

EAST - From BBM 8 going east passing along the center line of Sampaguita
Street then going along White Dove Street up to the second street then
up to MBM 14.

SOUTH - From MBM 14 going northwest up to BBM 14.

WEST - From BBM 5 following center line of Naga River to center line of PNR
Road then passing PNR island going northeast and then northwest up to
the end of box culvert.

SECTION 3. - REPEALING CLAUSE. - Any ordinance or parts thereof which are

inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. - EFFECTIVITY.- This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
