Chandigarh.

Dear Sir/ Madam

The purpose of writing this request letter is to show our genuine intent to visit Canada to meet our
daughter, Noblepreet Kaur, in order to nurture and relish our family ties and to explore beautiful
province of Ontario along with my daughter.

I am Surjit Singh (DOB:26-03-1969 & PASSPORT NO: R9410220) who has been residing in
Jandiala Guru, District Amritsar, Punjab for last 53 years. I got married to Gurinder Kaur (DOB:01-
05-1969 & PASSPORT NO: R8011183) on 23rd April 1993 and we are blessed with two children, a
son Arshdeep Singh and a daughter Noblepreet Kaur who are the foundation and pillars of our family.
Further, I am working as a Asssistant Sub Inspector in Punjab Police and my wife is a housewife who
devoted all her life in making my home and providing the best facilities of education to our children.
My son, Arshdeep Singh has completed his higher education in New Zealand and he is currently on
work permit in this country. My daughter, Noblepreet Kaur completed her education from Mohak
College on April 2018. In order to nurture our family bond, we applied for a tourist visa to Canada to
attend the graduation ceremony of our daughter which was approved and granted by the high
commission. The duration of the visa was from 16 th May 2018 to 15th May 2020.But my wife,
Gurinder Kaur visited Canada to attend her graduation ceremony. Her duration of visit was from 3 rd
August 2018 to 29th September 2018. I was unable to get prescribed leaves from my department due
to my arduous job duties and responsibilities. Hence, I was unable to meet my daughter. Moreover,
the unprecedented situations of COVID 19 also restricted and bounded us to meet her and to nurture
our family bond. Hence, now, I wish to see my loving daughter after a long gap of 5 years to spend
good moments together that can become a memorable and valuable part of our lives.

Noblepreet Kaur is my younger daughter and currently she is a Permanent Resident of Canada. We
wish to visit her with the sole motive to have a great family reunion and to foster a strong bond
between us. Moreover, we even wish to make him emotionally happy by exploring the picturesque
beauty and festivities of this country along with her. She is residing in 501 Mohawk Road West,
Hamilton, Province Ontario, Canada. She is currently an employee of Redberry Crown Restaurants LP
since December 2021. She has started working part-time as a Shift Manager at Burger King at 1220
Brant Street, Unit B, Burlington, Ontario, Canada. She is financially stable and has a stable income.
She has a deposit of CAD 45498.98 in her bank accounts that can well sponsor our visit to Canada.
Her employment letter, salary slips, PR card and bank statements are attached for verification.

Regarding my establishment in India is concerned; I am working as a Assistant Sub Inspector in

Punjab Police Department. As per the Form 16 A, I am having an annual income of 5,59,264.00 INR
that is equivalent to approx. 11185.28 CAD . In addition to this, I have immovable assets worth INR
3486000.00(CAD=69720.00approx.) and INR 1676993 INR (CAD 33539.86) as liquid funds to
manage our visit in Canada. The bank statements, CA reports are attached for the verification. I want
to ensure you that we are highly stable financially and our only motto is to meet our son and explore
Canada as a tourist. I request you to consider our tourist visa positively.

As far as my family establishment is concerned, I have my entire relatives in India and all of them are
residing in this country and we share a close family bond with them. Moreover, I have the
responsibility to resume back to services after the vacation of 2-3 weeks. Further, I have my own
properties in India that can provide us with lifelong stay and comfort in India. Hence, we have firm
family, well establishments and business ties in India which ensure our return to our country as we are
highly associated with the roots of our country. Thus, we want to ensure you that we are highly stable
financially and our only motto is to meet our daughter and explore Canada as a tourist.

Regarding our Immigration track, my wife and I made an application for a tourist visa to Canada in
May 2018 which was granted by the High Commission. Apart from this, we have never made an
application to any other nations and have never been rejected or denied by any nation.

Considering our family ties, purpose of visit and level of establishment, we request you to grant us a
tourist visa to nurture our family bond.

Yours Truly
Surjit Singh
