Material Contract Work for House Constructions

Structure:
a) R.C.C Roof Slab: Roofing Concrete will be M25 Grade of 6”
thickness of Concrete and reinforcement used for TMT steel as
per the Structural Engineering Design. Sheet centering used for
centering.

b) R.C.C Lintel: Lintel will be provided all round the wall with
Concrete using Reininforcement of TMT Steel 4 Numbers of 8MM
Thickness Rod.

c) R.C.C Chejja: All the Windows and ventilators will be provided

with chejjas of 1’.6; wide width and 4” thickness of Concrete will be
provided. Reinforcement as per the Engineer design

d) R.C.C LOFT Slab: 6” thickness Loft slab will be provided as per

customer requirement in Bath rooms above 7” height and three
sides’ of kitchen. Reinforcement as per the Engineer design

e) Waterproofing: Both first and 2nd floor slabs must be

waterproofed per ISI standard.

Steel: 500 fe TMT Bars

Basic rate for tmt bars =62000 to 68000 per ton

Cement: Ultra tech for 53 Grade

53 Grade Acc Cement Rate: 420 to 450 Rs per bag

Super Structure:

Brick Work: Out side Walls with 9’ thick wire cut red brick
Inside walls with 4’ thick wire cut red brick

Wire Cut Chamber Red Brick Price =7Rs to 7.5 per piece

Plastering: Plastering will be done with cement motor of 1:6 proportion

M20 including lime rendering with minimum thickness of 12mm and
outside walls with plastering of Double Coat Sponze Finish.

Main Door Frames & Shutters:

Main Door Frame: Best Teak wood frames of size 5”x3”

Main Door Shutters: Best Teak wood shutters of Size 1 ½” thickness.
Pooja Door Frame: Best Teak wood frames of size 5”x3”
Pooja Door Shutters: Best Teak wood shutters of Size 1 1/4”
thickness.

Fittings: Main Door will be provided with brass type handles, Tower
bolts, aldrops, injes and Godrej lock.

POLISH: Main Door frames and shutters with natural wood polish and
pooja door frames and shutters with natural wood polish.

Price: The price will be 2000rs to 2500 per CFT

Internal Door Frames & Shutters:

All Internal door frames with Medium teak wood of size 5”X3” and enamel
paint
All Internal door shutters with designed molded doors with 1” thickness
ISI(NIKKI) brand

Fittings: Internal door will be provided with SS type handles, Tower

bolts, aldrops, injes.

Price: The Frames price will be 2000rs per CFT

Door Shutters: The door shutters will be 140 rs sft

Windows:

Wooden Teak windows with shutters, per design provided

Safety Grills of 12mm thick ness Bight Rod as per customer design

All Internal walls with Birla wall care putty and plastic emulation painting
All External Walls with Birla wall care putty and texture and APEX ultimo
Exterior Paint.

Electricals:

Each room must be individually controlled by a breaker switch

a) 16 light points, with two controls, 3 Fan Point, 2TV point, & 10 no’s
5AMP sockets in the Living room.
b) 4 light points, 1 Fan Point & 5 no’s 5AMP sockets in the Each bed room.
c) 2 Light points,1 geyser point, 1 No. 15AMP wall socket in each bath
room.
d) 5 Light points,1 heater point, 1 exhaust fan point, 5 No. 5AMP and 2 No,
15AMP socket dinning/Kitchen.
e) 1 Light point utility and 2 light point in portico as per drawing and
customer requirement.
f) 9 lights on each of the exterior of the house on East, west and South
directions
g) Two patio lights in the front
h) 6 waterproof 15 amp external socket 2 on each side of the house
i) Each room has to be independently connected to the main panel with
trip switch.
j) Wiring for security camera
k) 6 light points in first floor patio
l) 2 external plug points in first floor
m) 15amp wall socket and 1 light point for washing machine below the stair
case.
n) Provision for UPS below Stair case
o) Provision for Solar panels on 2nd floor connected to UPS below stair case
