EVALUATION & RECOMMENDATION WITH JUSTICATION

This has reference with the project: 21K00287 - Construction of Eight (8) units 4-
Storey/20 Classroom School Building in Marawi City’s Most Affected Area-CW5(Building
5), Barangay Moncado, Kadingilan, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur under contract with LANAO
BUILDER & ENTERPRISES.

The proposed Time Extension No.1 (TE No.1) is submitted by the undersigned in Lieu of
Work Suspension Order No. 1 due to Revision of Foundation Plan.

The ground and reason presented are considered no fault to the contractor and the activities
being affected, which falls within the critical path of the construction schedule which conform to the
rules and regulation as stipulated under Revised IRR Annex “E” section 9 of RA No. 9184.

Following the guidelines set under D.O. no. 42, series of 2020, known as, “APPROVAL OF
WORK SUSPENSION ORDER, WORK RESUMPTION ORDER, AND CONTRACT TIME EXTENSION FOR
CIVIL WORKS PROJECTS”, the contractor’s request for work resumption is reasonable. Thus, approval
of this Request for Extension of Time is recommended.
