yar_nl You could remove all from the drawlist. Add all elements from your
list. In the report goto hierarchy and choose the From Drawlist option.

yar_nl What is it you are reporting for? How did you get the items in your
list? You could select them via your report directly....when using a
Moderator
Forum Moderator report you can have a broader selection and in excel filter out the
World Level items you do not need.

Posts: 571 now i want to take a report of SCTN used to build tht support
but the criteria is i want to select certain number of tags from
separate zones

I have the required Pipe support tag list provided by the engineer

Now coming to the procedure how i did it

1. Ifirstly create a List and added all the required Pipe support tags
into tht list
2. empty the drawlist by PDMS Command window Remove all
3. in the List form there is a command option type ADD CE in List
command form
these will ADD all the list item into the graphical window

and lastly follow the steps mentioned by yar_nl

while taking report in the heirarchy option select Drawlist
so only the items present in the graphicall window will be reported.

enjoy

cheers...
