Anyone who feels unable to do a whole race on their own is welcome to enter with up to two friends. In this
way each person can do at least one part of the triathlon.
Helping out
It would be impossible to run these events if we didn’t have the unpaid help of so many people. If you are a
parent of one of the kids taking part and you would like to get more involved on the day, then please call Andy
Robinson on (708) 663-3321. He’d love to hear from you. You won’t get paid, but you will get a free T-shirt and
you’ll be able to go to the after-race lunch party. You will also have a great time and meet lots of people.
