machine. And keep this manual away for further reference.

1. Safety Instructions
To avoid fire, electric shock and casualty, users should abide by the following rules:
▲attention The power supply should strictly limited to the labeled ones. A regulator should be
used when the power fluctuation is above±10%.

▲attention The power input line should be secured according to our regulation, and no force can
be on it.

▲attention The air pressure for our valve should be over 6kg/cm3, or else it can not work
properly.

▲attention The equipment should have earthing. Dysfunction of earthing may lead to electric
shocking and affect the function.

▲attention The fixing and testing should be conducted by professionals, or else the safety of the
equipment and operators cannot be guaranteed.

▲attention Some parts in the controlling box have high electric pressure, so do not open the
controlling box during operation to avoid accident and harm.

▲warning If you have to open the controlling box, cut off the power and plug off the equipment
and wait for at least one minute before touch any part in the box.

▲forbidding Do not touch any moving part during operation to avoid harm.

▲forbidding Do not use the machine when the shield of the moving parts is defective.。

1-2 Functions

1. Introduction
The computer controlling system for stock weaving machine is designed based on the technique of
Korean Samde Company. It is the fruit of our R&D experience and advanced technology. We
used computer to manage the whole process of designing, machining, assembling and testing so
that we can ensure high reliability and efficiency.
Here we brief the functions and features of the machine as follows:
1. Friendly interface, with a Chinese display screen (320*240) and clear data output from
the LCD.
2. Needle selecting machine is designed based on the imported techinique. It adopts the
advanced shielding system to avoid disturbing so that coordination can be a reality. It
has the features of high working frequency, high reliability, and good cooling.
3. The pc controlling box can drive maximally 6 needle selecting machines and 16
reamers, or 64 valves (can be extended to 128).
4. Use USB to input and save parameters of patterns, machines, actions and chains, for the
safety and durability of the data to replace the easily damaged disks.
5. The parameters for pattern and setting can be input from or saved in the usb memory
disk.
6. We use password to safeguard the parameter setting to avoid accidental or illegal change
to the parameters so that we enhance the reliability and safety.
7. Needle working can be adjusted to turning and gradual faster or slower so that the
efficiency of weaving is improved. We use special technique to control the turn-over of
the needles to reduce the shake of the machine and change in the electric pressure to
lengthen the life of the electric engine.
8. The parameters for patterns, chains and actions can be stored for more than 20 years
after adopting the new technology to avoid the data damage caused by power off.
9. Adopting the advanced servo control technique to improve the accuracy and speed.
10. Advance SLSI is used to ensure a easy operation and high reliability, stability and safety.
11. We can use the computer system to restart a pattern. this technique solves the current
problem and above the global level.
12. The loop synchronization is still active, accurate and stable, while conducting jog
operation
13. The present angle is displayed on the computer, so that we can achieve better accuracy
in setting the valve status.
14. The pattern design software is easier to use. it contains pattern design as well as the
chain, action and parameters, so that users can use a few clicks to change the design
instead of the complicated operation on the machine. And the comparison between the
pace size and the pattern can help the user to avoid mistakes. It is far superior to the
similar equipments.
15. This equipment can achieve perfect connecting in the heel part while some can not make
2F connecting.

For safety concerns, please follow the procedure indicated when testing the
servo motor.
16. press F2 to set the speed to 0, and then press SET to start. At this
time the needle box should keep fixed. If the needle box turn
clockwise or anticlockwise, there is something wrong with the zero
alignment. You can correct this by adjusting the corresponding RP on
the main board.
17. press STOP to stop the servo motor and set the speed to 20,then
press F1 go set the needle box turning direction to clockwise. After
that, press SET to start the servo motor and check whether the actual

(number 0) stands for alternative weaving using pattern
No. 1 and pattern No. 2.
Advanced Yarn Feeding: indicates the angle that the plating shuttle
valve moves before the pattern setting. Press number keys to
change.
Thread Changing Speed of the Main Shuttle : The parameter is set for
the maximum speed of the main shuttle automatic thread
shifting. For example, a maximum speed of 100 is set, when the
machine runs in the chain with the speed set of 300. When the
shuttle is to shift thread, the machine slows down to the speed
of 100, a circle in advance. After the shifting, it automatically
rises back to 300. This is designed to ensure the accuracy of
thread shifting. If the current setting speed for the chain is
below 100, then it works at the lower speed. Normally, you can
use the default setting.

Thread Changing Speed of the Plating : The parameter is set for the
maximum speed of the plating valve. For example, a maximum
speed of 100 is set, when the machine runs in the chain with the
speed set of 300. When there is need to change the thread
during the weaving process, the machine slows down to the
speed of 100, a circle in advance. After that, it automatically
rises back to 300. If the current setting speed for the chain is
below 100, then it works at the lower speed. Normally, you can
use the default setting.

Rubber Band Motor Extension: this parameter shows the degree the
needle box turns before the rubber band motor stops
working. The rubber band motor will work on for
some time after the chain stops at the set position so
that the rubber band won’t break off when the
machine starts next time.

Timer Switch:save for future use

knitting sock tube, heel knitting preparation, slip stitch in heel, press stitch in
heel, finishing heel, sole, sole knitting, connection, slip stitch in sock head,
press stitch in sock head, yoke thread, seal, finish and quick return. When the
system runs to starting, it initializes the craft parameters, and the density
motor automatically returns. And when it comes to the finishing part, the
system starts the current craft anew. Thus a complete chain file should
consist a starting and a finishing.
“Action” : press“+”“-”to choose action number (each action number
corresponds with a set of actions in the action file.), it represents the action
of that knitting part.
“Size”:press number keys to input. It is the loop number of the knitting part.
“Speed”: press number keys to input. It is the set speed of the knitting part,
and it remains the same when changing actions. But the real speed will be

“Pattern” : choose “With Pattern” or “Without Pattern” by press “0”“1” or
“+”“-”. “With Pattern” shows the loop number of the current pattern
size. “Without Pattern” shows the system stops counting the loops of
the pattern. For example, the rib part of the sock can be done by
needle selecting data; it is not a part of the pattern. You can set the
system to “Without Pattern” from the starting to the elastic cord
knitting. The pattern size is counted from the system finishes
knitting the elastic cord. In this way, the pattern won’t be influenced
when editing the elastic cord size.

repeat the pattern in the area of 1 to 500 for 500 loops. If the
repetition is set to 750, then the pattern will repeat for 750 loops
(1.5 times) in the area of 1 to 500.
For example, for a sock with the size of 500 loops, if set 1 for the
start, 10 for the finish and 100 for the repetition in the first item,
set 30 for the start, 50 for the finish and 400 for the repetition in
the second item, then the pattern in loop 1 to 10 will be knit for
