AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, MERLINA B. LAURIO, Filipino , of legal age, widow and residing at Sto. Tomas,
Kapatagan,, Lanao del Norte, Philippines after having been duly sworn to an oath in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the landowners in the Province of Lanao del Norte who have
formally filed our respective easement claim against the previously existing electric
power company and the presently operating National Transmission Corporation
(TransCo.) for the payment of their unpaid just compensation for the land portions
where their towers and transmission line were installed and traversed to our respective
landholding;

2. That I have hired the services of Mr. REYNALDO C. CASIDO and his designated
assisting co-processor, to assist me in securing documents in the preparation of my answer
and defenses and to look for a competent legal counsel that will handle my case in the event
that an expropriation proceedings will be filed in court;

3. That I shall assign, pay and deliver an amount equivalent to SEVENTY (70%) percent of
all the proceeds of the gross recovery or proceeds of the claim, and or of any and all amount
whatsoever received by way of damages, fees, just compensation, consideration through
court judgment/order or through negotiated settlement out of court or through mediation
proceedings in relation to the filing of the expropriation case to my Atty-In-Fact Mr.
REYNALDO C. CASIDO.

4. That I will receive only the amount equivalent to Thirty (30%) Percent from the Nat’l.
TransCo. as total gross payment of my easement claim as my net payment receivable;

5. That I commit myself to voluntarily comply as compulsory obligation to give the agreed
compensation to my hired agents by giving to them the SEVENTY (70%) percent from
the gross total amount receivables from the National Transmission Corporation (TRansCo);

6. That in case there is a sale negotiation for the Nat’l. TransCo. to buy the involved lot portion
that may arise, I am agreeing that the herein above-cited percentage sharing/allocation shall
still be followed for the interest of all parties mentioned in this instrument;

7. That I am voluntarily executing this affidavit without any mental reservation except to
prove the veracity of the foregoing.

Lanao del Norte, Philippines after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

8. That I am one of the landowners in the Province of Lanao del Norte who have
formally filed our respective easement claim against the previously existing electric
power company and the presently operating National Transmission Corporation
(TransCo.) for the payment of their unpaid just compensation for the land portions
where their towers and transmission line were installed and traversed to our respective
landholding;

9. That I have hired the services of Mr. REYNALDO C. CASIDO and his designated
assisting co-processor, to assist me in securing documents in the preparation of my answer
and defenses and to look for a competent legal counsel that will handle my case in the event
that an expropriation proceedings will be filed in court;

10. That I shall assign, pay and deliver an amount equivalent to SEVENTY (70%) percent of
all the proceeds of the gross recovery or proceeds of the claim, and or of any and all amount
whatsoever received by way of damages, fees, just compensation, consideration through
court judgment/order or through negotiated settlement out of court or through mediation
proceedings in relation to the filing of the expropriation case to my Atty-In-Fact Mr.
REYNALDO C. CASIDO.

11. That I will receive only the amount equivalent to Thirty (30%) Percent from the Nat’l.
TransCo. as total gross payment of my easement claim as my net payment receivable;

12. That I commit myself to voluntarily comply as compulsory obligation to give the agreed
compensation to my hired agents by giving to them the SEVENTY (70%) percent from
the gross total amount receivables from the National Transmission Corporation (TRansCo);

13. That in case there is a sale negotiation for the Nat’l. TransCo. to buy the involved lot portion
that may arise, I am agreeing that the herein above-cited percentage sharing/allocation shall
still be followed for the interest of all parties mentioned in this instrument;

14. That I am voluntarily executing this affidavit without any mental reservation except to
prove the veracity of the foregoing.

filed our respective easement claim against the previously existing electric company and
the presently operating National Transmission Corporation (Nat’l. TransCo.) for the payment
of their unpaid just rental compensation for the lot portions where their electrical facilities
were erected and installed in our respective landholding;
72. That I have hired the services of Mr. Loreto C. Casido, Jr. and his designated assisting co-
agent ; and Mr. Reynaldo C. Casido to act as my agents to facilitate the formal filing and
presentation of my easement claim before the Nat’l. TransCo. main office;

73. That I authorize my atty-in-fact Mr. Loreto C. Casido, Jr. to set aside or deduct the amount
equivalent to Five ( 5%) Percent from my approved gross 100% total amount of my
easement claim to be paid to me by the National Transmission Corporation and use that 5%
amount for all our travelling expenses in coordinating for the purposes of this easement claim, in
going and staying in Manila through one of my agent Reynaldo C. Casido;

74. That I authorize my attorney-in-fact Loreto C. Casido, Jr. to deduct the amount equivalent to
Twenty- Five Percent (25%) of the Ninety-Five Percent (95%) amount from the gross total 100%
amount of my easement claim and pay that 25% amount to the TransCo. internal processes;

75. That I commit myself to voluntarily comply as compulsory obligation to give compensation
to my hired agents by giving to them to receive for their own benefit to enjoy and for
equal sharing among themselves the Thirty-Five percent (35%) amount from the Ninety-
Five Percent (95%)of my gross One Hundred Percent (100%) amount that I could be
granted or I may receive as the approved total payment to me for my easement claim
against the above-cited electric company;

76. That I will get and receive from the Nat’l. TransCo. total gross payment of my easement
claim only the amount equivalent to Thirty-Five (35%) Percent from the Ninety Five (95%)

payment receivable;

77. That in case there is a sale negotiation for the Nat’l. TransCo. to buy the involved lot portion that
