Job Duties and Responsibilities
 Performs troubleshooting of hardware and software

 Conducts various technical documentation
 Builds, deploys, and supports business applications and database systems. Including:

 testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
 data analysis
 storage, organization and security of information contained in database systems

Skills and Competencies
 Excellent customer service

 Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively coordinate with
end-users
 Familiarity with business processes
 Knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting related systems and
corporate level of network systems
 Must be able to create, read and interpret data models
 With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 CCNA is an advantage
 Interest in Nihongo Language is an advantage.
 Must be familiar with any programming language
 Must be familiar with SQL, Entity-Relationship-Diagrams, or Pervasive PSQL
 Knowledge in Magic software is an advantage
Skills and Competencies (Advantage)
 Knowledge in .NET framework (VB, MS Access, C#)

 Knowledge in uniPaaS application platform
 Familiarity with business processes
