1. Business Analyst
The business analyst's primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-
effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly
to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss requirements, testing
solutions, etc.
Gather detailed requirements, produce business requirement documents (BRDs).
Manage requirements in Rally.
Develop detailed test plans/scripts.
Conduct, lead, and manage UAT and results.
Effectively coordinate project activities at the direction of management.
Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
Ad-Hoc reporting needs.
Monitor best practices and key performance indicators.
Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates.
Attend and lead scrum meetings.
Analytical skills required to question processes, ask the why questions, challenge the team to think
outside the box.
Client communication for Requirement Gathering, Estimation & Proposal/SRS / FRD / BRD/
WireFrame Drafting.
Web/Mobile Technology, Solutions, Concepts, Development Cycle knowledge.
Must be analytical enough to understand complex project requirements and prepare detailed
documentation.
Able to communicate with clients technically and prepare convincing write ups/messages.
Expert in requirement gathering & proposal, wire-frame & drafting.
Professional email, documents, presentation writing skills.

Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
Good knowledge in Web & Mobile Development Services and Block Chain technology.
Bachelor’s or Master;s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Management or related field.

2. Python Developer
A Python Web Developer is responsible for writing server-side web application logic. Python web
developers usually develop back-end components, connect the application with the other (often third-party)
web services, and support the front-end developers by integrating their work with the Python application.
Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework {such as Django, Flask,
etc depending on your technology stack}.

Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages {such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on
your technology stack}.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance {depending on the specific project}.
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or relevant
fields.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers Graduate with an aggregate of minimum 60 %.
Final Years Students with Maximum 2 backlogs.
No student with Year Back allowed.
