    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, AIDA AGIBISIT, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of Brgy.
    Subosob, Rosario, La Union, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
    THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00) PHILIPPINE CURRENCY to me in hand paid and
    delivered to my full satisfaction by JOSEPHINE T. CANTO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and
    resident of #63 Barangay Batakil, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, the receipt of which sum in full is
    hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY
    by way of DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, unto and in favor of said JOSEPHINE T. CANTO, her
    heirs and assigns, that parcel of agricultural land with improvement consisting of TWO
    HUNDRED FIFTY (250) square meters more or less located at #321 Barangay Batakil,
    Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.

    That I am the true and lawful owner, free from any liens and encumbrances whatsoever
    against any person or entity with full right to dispose the same and that henceforth full right of
    ownership shall pertain to the vendee, JOSEPHINE T. CANTO with respect to the parcel of
    agricultural land consisting of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) square meters.

    That Article 1623 of the Civil Code of the Philippines and pertinent provisions of the
    Agrarian Reform Law have been complied with accordingly before the execution of this
    instrument.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of
