Application areas
Cumulative frequency
4000 operation hours per year, on the average 50% - 70% of total capacity
ALLEGRO 30 - 260
Advantages at a glance:
• energy-saving
• increased service life
• decreased maintenance costs
• improved availability
• decreased idling times
You want to save energy?
• nearly constant mains pressure
A variable-speed compressor
saves you electrical energy.
The regulation of the engine speed causes
the compressor to delivery only as much
compressed air as currently needed.
The operating pressure always remains
constant.

This means that if a conventional compressor is run at 70% of its maximum capacity, then
the compressor is in idle operation mode up to 30% of the time, while consuming about a
fourth of the energy compared to full capacity operation. This is an unnecessary waste of
energy. The ALLEGRO compressor masters this situation by setting the speed of the
compression element to exactly the speed necessary to produce the required volumetric
flow. At the same time, the SCD technology of the drive system ensures that only that power
is consumed which is respectively required to produce the actual speed. This way the
ALLEGRO compressor is able to decisively reduce energy costs in operation at 70% of full
capacity.

Advantage of ALLEGRO:
• Many customers pay according to peak electricity consumption times
enormous saving of electricity costs
• Load relief for “weak” power supplies
• Enormous relief of wear-and-tear of mech. construction components
(no change-over beats)
• Start-up with 110% of the nominal torque

Vibration Damping
It goes without saying that all Compressors
are multiple vibration damped:
– Compressor unit against base frame
– Base frame against ground

Advantages of ALLEGRO:
• electricity costs saving due to lower power losses
• lower energy temperature rise of the motor, smaller installation size
• flat curve at a high level, especially compared to a capacity utilization < 100 %

Separator tank
separator tank
High efficient pre separation of more
than 98% of the cooling agent before
entering the oil separator cartridge:
• Impact- and cyclone separation by
entering the separator tank.
• optimum degassing of the cooling
agent through big surface.
• Prevention of excessive foam
production of the cooling agent
through big surface and low flow
speed inside the separation tank.
• Efficient cooling by positioning the
separator tank in the cooling air
stream results in high thermal
efficiency.
