Is lemon water all that it's says it is or people just overacting?

I started to drink lemon water in


the morning everyday on empty stomach and throughout the day because I heard its healthy.

And of course it's a cheap way to be healthy. After some time, I was getting compliments about
my skin even though I had no skin care routine. Another benefits is that I didn't crave much like
before during the day, I have consistent and regular bowel movements, bloating in my tummy is
gone and am hydrated during the day. Thats some of the benefits I got with drinking lemon
water and maybe their more I don't see.
