The European-Union Funded Change Makers Forum took place in Berat, Albania, at the
Belagrita Hotel during 14-18 May.
The Forum is organized by the European Union Project EU4Dialogue: Supporting
Understanding Between Conflict Parties (Component 1), which is implemented by Konrad-
Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. in partnership with IDIS Viitorul (Republic of Moldova), IDP Woman
Association "Consent" (Georgia), Institute for Mediation, Counselling, Development (Germany)
and Cowater (Belgium,).
Within the programme of EU4Dialogue, The European Union strives to support and connect
Change Makers. The one-week event aims at fostering exchange, joint learning, and networking
among upcoming Change Makers. It is designed as an incubator to support dialogue and
cooperation between inspiring individuals.
ORGANIZERS
Tanja Tamminen is the Team Leader of the EU4Dialogue Programme Component 1. She is an
expert in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. She has also held expert positions in the Finnish
Ministry for Foreign Affairs and in the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (UPI/FIIA).
Anna Moghilda is the Deputy Team Leader of EU4Dialogue Component 1and has over 13 years
of experience in the public relations sector and in organising events in the Republic of Moldova
as well as in difficult and hostile environments like the Horn of Africa.
Dimitri Saramonow is the Project Assistant of EU4Dialogue Component 1 and is finishing his
MA at the University of Tartu. His background is in international relations and management,
with a BA from the University of Erfurt.
FACILITATOR
Karolina Mazetyte is the co-founder and facilitator at the Well-being Lab in Sweden which
helps young people and youth workers to gain new knowledge and competences through non-
formal education methods in the areas of well-being, mental health, and empathy building. The
Lab organises online and offline workshops, seminars, youth exchanges, training courses and
retreats in Sweden primarily and the Nordic region. Between 2015-2021 Karolina was a co-
founder of the International Youth-to-Youth Initiative, which empowers young people from all
around the world to become community leaders.
