6. Course overview:
This course provides basic management knowledge in international corporations, with a special
focus on how MNEs deal with global challenges and opportunities that relate to the differences
among nations or markets. Particularly, the course gives general knowledge about international
business strategy and organization, entry strategy, global manufacturing management, international
human resource management. Thus, this course is considered as an introductory course for other
courses in the area of doing international business.
