    TRAINING DESIGN
    I. OBJECTIVES
    1. To review the Professional Standards of teachers,
    2. To deepen understanding on Good Leadership and Management,
    3.  To support K to 12 Basic Education Program implementation and enabling teachers to acquire
    new understanding and instructional skills to develop their effectiveness in the classroom.
    II. Rationale:
    This activity is designed to review K to 12 Basic Education Program implementation as public
    employees. This is to remind everyone how to properly deal within the school and in the
    community understanding the efficacy of professionalism.
    Also, it is necessary for the teachers to have a deep understanding on how to become a good
    leader and manager as well; thus, empowering teachers to be more responsible, hard-working,
    service oriented, persevering, value driven, culturally rooted, equipped with world class skills
    and imbued with the core values of DepEd.

    III. Resources: Bond paper, Markers, Ink, Laptop


    IV. Venue: Sta felomina ES Office
    V. Participants:
    4 Teachers, 1 School Head and 2 volunteer teachers from Illian Mission School
    VI. Funds: MOOE
    Budgetary Requirements:
    7 (Teachers and School Head) x 180 x 1 days = Php 1,260.00
