ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
I. Activity Title:
“2022 Math and Science Month Celebration”

II. Activity Proponent:


MGS – SSG; Math and Science Teacher

III. Activity Rationale:


In line with this year’s theme, “Expanding the Horizon: Futures of STEM”, this
activity will help promote the expansion of ideas related to Mathematics and
Science. Also, creating a fun and creative learnings in the spectrum.

IV. Activity Objectives:


 To expose every Guainians in different possible activities in Mathematics
and Science.
 To expand every Guainians’ ideas about Mathematics and Science.
 To motivate every Guainians to actively engage in Mathematics and
Science at home and in school.

V. Activity Description:
The celebration will start with an opening program (on September 16 – Friday @
1PM) together with the students, faculty and administrative staff. Moreover,
different contests will be conducted weekly (every Fridays of the Month @ 1PM)
starting with Poster and Slogan – Making, and Science and Technology Writing
(September 16 – Friday @ 2PM), followed by the Math and Science Quiz Bee
(September 23 – Friday @ 2PM), and lastly, the Culmination and Awarding
Ceremony with ‘The Illustrious’ Profile Presentation along with the program
(September 30 – Friday @ 1PM).

VIII. Monitoring and Evaluation:
The activity will be over-all managed by the Mother Guaini School – Supreme
Student Government and Math and Science Teachers. Also, advisers will assist
students for the activities.
